Nina Jung | Jungway Acupuncture and Wellness

Hi, I’m Nina.

I’m a Licensed Acupuncturist, Medical Qigong Practitioner, and Certified Nutrition and Strength Coach practicing in San Diego, California and Toronto, Canada.

In my 20s, I was disconnected with who I truly was. I looked to the outside world for validation and just kept pushing and trying to overachieve. I had acne, was constantly bloated, restless, and not sleeping. 

I started strength training in my late-20s and learned that optimizing my inputs could change my outcomes. I was getting stronger and building good habits, but I knew if I wanted to feel better in my mind and body, I would also need to prioritize my nutrition, sleep, and body treatments.

That led me to a passion for Traditional East Asian Medicine. I believe in the power of daily rituals that combine Eastern wisdom, nutrition, and fitness. 

It is my mission to provide health & wellness services for women, like me, who don't shy away from the intensity of life. Women who want to rest more, stress less, and feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually.
