One of the most common questions I get is: I haven’t gotten my period in 6 months. WHY?!

This is a super interesting question and today I’m going to break it down for you in this blog post. 

First of all, I’m glad you’re asking this question. For so many women, getting their period early, late or missing it completely is “not a big deal” and they don’t take time to look into the root cause of many of these issues.

It is insanely important to keep track of your cycle and monitor any changes you’re seeing.

So what’s the answer?! There are numerous reasons why. The key is really understanding YOUR root cause. Some root causes include:

  • How much of the ‘right’ food are you eating? Too little? Too much?

  • How much stress does your body and mind hold?

  • What do your relationships look like (with self and others)?

  • How much exercising are you doing?

The common theme?! Are you exhausting your body’s resources without sufficiently replenishing it? Missing periods (amenorrhea) or irregular periods have a cumulative effect on other systems of your body. Don’t SUFFER!

START examining yourself and  get to collecting data on yourself. INVEST in yourself.  💯
