Ladies - tracking your cycles INFORMS your daily performance! It gives you MORE data so that you can understand how you are recovering, physically and mentally.⠀

Your period is your 5TH VITAL SIGN. It provides invaluable information on your overall health, as it relates to other body systems.⠀

With each client, I am quite adamant about getting them to build the habit to track the following information: ⠀

‣ Period Color ⠀
‣ Period Amount ⠀
‣ Body Temperature ⠀
‣ Mood Changes⠀
‣ Appetite / Cravings ⠀
‣ Cervical Fluid ⠀

This information provides you (and me) a fuller picture of how your body is responding to your workouts, career and life. ⠀


It allows us to optimize on your hormones so that you can perform at your very best each day. ⠀
